Pictures were misleading

I was disappointed when I checked in. The property looked much cleaner in pictures. There were random people in the property when we checked in

great villa for big parties!

I rented this villa for me and a larger group of friends (15 people total) and everyone fit comfortably. it was in a great location, the pool was amazing, and the space was great to hang out it. The owners hired a live-in attendant who was very helpful with letting us in, helping us change sheets and towels, and cleaning up the place while we were out. Although we didn’t know he’d be there (not on the listing), he was so kind and helpful! The location itself was a bit hard to find because the listing photos have an older color of paint. But it was great and located next to the main road, far enough to have quiet and peaceful sleep. Overall it was an amazing stay and we would definitely consider this place again if we had another large party. Thank you Juan and Maria for the space!

Perfect for Groups

There were 16 of us in my group celebrating a birthday. The place was perfect for our group. Everyone had separate rooms and bathrooms, but we could all come together around the pool and living quarters. Jerry the property manager was so helpful! His quarters of the house are connected to the living quarters but only accessible from the other side. We loved having Jerry nearby to help us with any needs. He recommended excursions although we already had planned our our entire weekend. He was VERY helpful with arranging our taxi rides. For our large group, we had a sprinter van taxi and regular taxi called for us each night we went out (highly do not recommend tourists to drive at night as you will get pulled over). Wear bug spray (there was a few bottles there as well). You will get bit! The room I stayed in (too room with hammock) was a bit warmer compared to my friends. I had to keep the blinds down when we left to help cool the room throughout the day. Note that the water tank had to refill itself twice when we were there. With a large group and everyone showering, this could happen. Water comes back quickly though. Lastly, the location was perfect to the main strip for food and shopping. Also only a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the beach zone for the nice party restaurants.
