Welcome to Blue Water Resort! Our lovely unit features two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, sleeping a total of 6. The spacious angled patio has a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean! Eat out at one of the eateries close by, the Italian restaurant on-site, or eat in, using our apartment sized appliances to make a meal. In peak season, you will find a tikki bar on premises. Free parking across the street in the lot or garage. Golf carts allowed.Close to put-put, mini golf, shops, grocery and more! Must be 18 yrs old to book. We do not allow events, pets, or smoking. However, service animals are always welcome. $250 fine for evidence of smoking or vaping of any sort, (including the balcony) plus any fines issued to owners by the HOA.

Please note: Pest control comes in on the 3rd Monday of each month. Please do not refuse this service. You may be fined for doing so.

$100 fine for loss of swipe card and $20 fine for lost pool bracelet. Early check in or late checkout, without permission, will be fined at $50/hr
