As the name suggests, you have a great view of the surrounding mountains from the apartment. The view of the ski area Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn awakens the cravings for winter sports.
It is a NEW apartment that has just been completed for the purchase. During construction materials were used for a good and healthy indoor climate. The apartment consists of a spacious kitchen with a pull-out couch, TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom, a bathroom, separate toilet, and a ski storage room. There is also a covered parking space next to the front door.
Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. It is a non smoking apartment where no pets are allowed.
The mountain railway Fieberbrunn you drive by car about 4 minutes. There is also the possibility with the ski bus to drive where you reach the station in a few minutes on foot. The cross-country ski trail is also within easy walking distance.

Loved our holiday here!

Many thanks again Moni and Florian for having us at your gorgeous place for our holiday! We so enjoyed our stay and you were fantastic hosts. The house is just out of Fieberbrunn and in such a gorgeous location with bus and train on the doorstep. Hope we can visit again soon!!

Very nice

It was a very good apartment with a nice view and easy access to beautiful walks. It was also a nice drive to Salzburg and Zell Am See which is a gorgeous town next to a lake. The train station is about 5 minutes away with a non stop to kitzbuhel but we didn’t take it. The owner was super friendly with no problems despite the language barrier. My only petty complaint was that it was very sparsely equipped in terms of staples (sugar, oil, spices, tin foil, towels, pillows etc) but we probably could have gotten more linens had we asked. Overall, it was a great place in a great location. I would 100% come back

Ein schönes Stück Erde

Die Lage ist für sämtliche Aktivitäten in & um die Berge super. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird, es ist super sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub hier & kommen sicher wieder 🚴🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♂️

Toller Familienurlaub in sehr gepflegter Ferienwohnung

Der Urlaub war super und hat den Kindern sehr viel Spaß bereitet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und toll ausgestattet. Uns fehlte lediglich eine Waschmaschine. Dies ist jedoch kein Hindernis für eine Top-Bewertung. Die Vermieter wohnen oberhalb. Sie sind auf all unsere Wünsche und Fragen eingegangen. Alleine für die Betreuung gibt es 5 Sterne. Die Umgebung ist wirklich toll. Hier gibt es sehr viel zu erkunden. Ob Urlaub mit dem Mountainbike oder mit der Familie, die Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für den Urlaub. Von der Terrasse kann man sogar das Jakobskreuz sehen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Somit volle Punktzahl.

erholsamer Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich mehrere in Fieberbrunn. Neu ist der Brötchenservice direkt vom Bäcker in die Ferienwohnung. Es lassen sich viele Wanderungen direkt vom Haus beginnen. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder :)

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben zwei herrliche Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Super sauber, geräumig, bestens ausgestattet, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Verrmieter...was will man mehr. Obwohl Pfaffenschwendt nur ein kleiner Ortsteil ist, gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten, mit Bus und Bahn alles zu erreichen. Aber auch direkt vor Ort sind die Wandermöglichkeiten vorhanden und auch herrliche Radtouren möglich. Also. absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!

Toller Ausganspunkt für die Ferienregion WILDER KAISER!

Das Objekt ist super sauber & gepflegt und ist nur zu empfehlen. Es fehlt ausstattungsmäßig an nichts und wenn ein Problemchen auftaucht, haben die supernetten Vermieter jederzeit ein offenes Ohr. Die Lage ist sehr zentral - der Wilde Kaiser, das Pillerseetal, Hochfilzen alles liegt einem direkt vor den Füßen...Urlaubsgenuss pur!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Umgebung

Die Wohnung war bei unserem Besuch (Okt.19) wie neu. Die Einrichtung bot alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt und war top gepflegt. Die Familie war extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen - Immer wieder gerne!!!
