our new lifestyle apartment will inspire you. On two floors you will find two cozy bedrooms with exquisite box spring beds and views of the church tower Warens. There is also a bathroom on each floor (1 bath, 1x shower). The parking in the closed yard is available to guests upon prior reservation.

Directly on the marina of Waren, you will find a unique holiday apartment. Spread over two floors, this apartment is perfect for up to 6 people. In the lower floor is the shower room and one of the two bedrooms. but especially the living room with dining table and excellent kitchen, where everything was thought of. Not only modern but well thought-out is the overall concept of the facility. Especially special are the two pictures created by an artist from the region.
The staircase in the hallway allows plenty of light in the room and provides access to the upper floor. On this level you will find the second bedroom and a bath with a view of the sky. In both bedrooms the 5 * box spring bed is standard. But the Aufbettungsmöglichkeit in the studio and in the living room are of a very high quality. All around an apartment where you like to live.
