Fantastic home base for Surfers, Paddleboarders, Kayakers, Mountain Bikers, Road Cyclists, or those looking for a quiet retreat a short drive to main, coastal attractions. We are on 7 acres, abutting the Lake on Bell Marsh Preserve (reservoir, no swimming) with 6,300 acres of conservation land and trails for hiking and Mt. biking. Take a scenic trail right outside your door to the Summit of Mt. Agamenticus. 700 sf living space, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 full bathroom, living room w/gas fireplace, private covered deck, private BBQ patio area, private yard with fire pit.
