The scent of pine wood accompanies you through the entire floor and spreads a pleasant and pleasant living feeling. Access to the balcony is right next to the apartment and offers views over the Leutasch Valley.

The Öfnerhof is a beautiful traditional farm in the beautiful Leutasch Valley in the Olympiaregion Seefeld! We are located directly at the entrance of the beautiful Almenparadies Gaistal. Some managed pastures can be reached on foot from the Öfnerhof. In winter, the toboggan run of the Hämmermoosalm is a highlight for young and old. There are 2 stone pine apartments and 2 old wood or Antique wooden apartments offered. Simple stylish decor with traditional decorations. Here old churns, hay anchors and old skis are used again. Old country furniture, lovingly restored, are combined with new old furniture and give the guest comfortable and modern living in traditional flair. The breakfast, in the lovingly decorated breakfast room, is offered simply and on the old farmer's way. Two types of bread, butter from the farmer, 1-2 self-made jams depending on the season, local honey from the beekeeper around the corner, two sausages and two cheeses. The fresh milk comes from the Leutasch farmers. For self-caterers, a herb garden is available in summer, where every guest can take their fresh herbs. The apartments can be booked all year round and are aimed at every age group and every type of holidaymaker. From the skier to cyclists, hikers, families with children, guests with a dog, long-term holidays and even overnight stays. A small supermarket is within walking distance. The center Weidach is 7 minutes by car, to Seefeld 15 minutes. Mittenwald is only 8 km away by car. The Öfnerhof has since May 2019 its own 3D archery course with 28 stations including a Einschießplatz for beginners and advanced. House guests and guests can play this for a fee.
