The Holliday House is an all-new custom home, built in 2022, with lake views and a beach path just steps from the front door! This 2000 sq ft open concept design features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 16’ ceilings, open great room with beautiful indoor/outdoor kitchen, custom dining seating for 8, loft hammock and sunset deck, all set atop a sandy dune.

*All of the house is on ONE level, except for the 3rd bedroom and 3rd bath.

The space
*Primary Bedroom One has a king size bed, private patio and bathroom with wet room and freestanding soaking tub.
*Bedroom Two features a custom built double single loft bed as well as a gel memory foam queen bed, sleeping 4 comfortably. The guest bath with rainfall shower can also become private to bedroom 2.
* Enter the great room with 16' nordic white pine ceilings, panoramic windows, living room, Samsung Frame TV, custom built dining table for 8 and open air kitchen that includes an 8' awning window opening to an outdoor bar.
*Take the spiral staircase to the second floor to enjoy a movie or games from the sleeper sofa, or the custom loft hammock suspended above the entry way. Perfect for evening entertaining, the loft also features a second floor deck perfect for watching sunsets.
*The loft level also features a two person glass steam shower in bathroom 3 and the third bedroom filled with natural light and crashing waves from the wall to wall windows and a gel memory foam king bed and desk.
*Outdoor space includes wrap around ground level deck, outdoor bar, grilling station, built in outdoor dining, outdoor shower, private patio off bedroom 1 and second floor sunset deck.

This house was everything we could have asked for! It was clean and stocked with everything we needed and then some. The beach access was perfect! A bit of a drive to most restaurants but there are some delicious options 20-30m away. Pizza at Flamingos was within walking distance and very good. Hosts were extremely responsive and kind!

Fantastic Winter Stay!

We loved our stay. The property was clean, comfortable and the hosts clearly spent a huge amount of time and energy thinking of everything to make it a smooth stay. They had so many thoughtful touches from eye masks to extra blankets. Communication with the hosts was also a breeze. I am certain we will be repeat guests!

This rental is a modern piece of heaven. Everything you would need the owner's thought of. Location is so close to the beach and plenty of parks. The amenities outside are as nice as the inside. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing house!

We had an amazing stay at the Holliday House! The house is just like it looks in the photos. We loved all of the special little touches around the house. The location is great- cross the street, take a little path, and you will be on the beach. We were there in the off season (March), but hope to return when the weather gets a little warmer. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 teens.

One of the best ever!

This home was ever thing as advertised and more. The hosts thought of ever tiny detail to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Several outdoor games provided that we really enjoyed. It was one of our favorite VRBO rentals ever. We definitely hope to return someday. The very short walk to the beach and all the beach accessories they provide were also a fantastic touch. It was obvious they put a lot of thought and care into providing a fabulous experience for their guests.

Amazing Location, Amazing House, Amazing Host, Amazing Weekend

This place has everything! Location! Plenty of space! Gorgeous bedrooms, bathrooms, patio, grounds. We stayed for a short weekend and wished it was longer. There were 6 adults, and we all had our own space but also the main room/kitchen was great for gathering and cooking. You cannot beat the location. The dunes are literally at your doorstep. Some people came from Indiana, others drove in from out of state, and others flew into Chicago. Holliday House is so easy to get to while also feeling totally away from it all. And if lounging around in the beautiful space isn't enough, it's a super quick drive to the state and national parks. The house comes with great suggestions and information about the local area. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend!

Wonderful Retreat

We loved the Holliday House! The owners have thought of everything you would want and need in a vacation home. The house is great for family and group gatherings! It is beautiful, but also extremely functional. We loved the indoor/outdoor seating featured in the kitchen to the patio! The kitchen bar window was fun and useful while dining outside. The access to the beach was great and easy to come and go to the beach house. All items you need to go to the beach were provided as well (toys, chairs, umbrellas, and towels etc.) There are also plenty of spaces to retreat alone to relax, read, or sip your cuppa! The house itself is amazing and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the toys for our four-year old and board games for our teenagers. We hope to come back again!

A truly amazingly beautiful house

WOW! This was a truly amazing weekend at the HOLLIDAY HOUSE in Miller Beach. We want to thank you for sharing your beautiful home. While we were anticipating a beautiful “rental property”, Holliday House is so much more than beautiful. From its location, an hour from Chicago, to just a hop from one of Lake Michigan’s sandy beaches, its modern style with large windows that lets the right amount of sunlight in, its comfortable furniture and Zen décor, to the many smallest of touches, the Holliday House is truly a treasure! We loved the quiet and peacefulness of the beach and neighborhood, the trails in the nearby dunes of Northwest Indiana, the local farmers markets, and the friendly people we met. This weekend was so wonderful and relaxing! Thank you.
