Beautiful spacious farmhouse. with plenty of outdoor space with a view of the lake. Picnic areas and wonderful inground pool. Also close to Seneca and Keuka Lake Very nice patio area to spend time on.

Not what photos depict ! Needs a great deal of repairs. Extensive water damage on ceilings & walls

We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay. We were unable to utilize highlighted amenities in the description such as pool, fire pit and hot tub with our families during our stay. One of our children was on a bed when the box spring fell out causing her to fall to the ground. She slept on the floor with the mattress that fell throughout the duration of our stay. We spent our time swatting flies and even a water bug that flew into the household. I wanted to love this place as this was a home to spend my birthday weekend with my family. Not how we envisioned our stay. Pros: - Great location and views - Amazing vineyards nearby - Close to Watkins Glen State Park - Property Manager responsive - Owner lives nearby
