This cozy one-bedroom condo is in the absolute best location in Fort Lauderdale. The condo is set back just one block from famed Fort Lauderdale Beach, while the back side of the building and all its amenities have expansive Intracoastal waterway views. Laying by the pool and watching Fort Lauderdale's Mega Yachts drive by or sparkling sunsets over the water is reason enough to book this incredible property.
Busy beach bars, restaurants, jet ski, and bicycle rentals, Beach Place, and the golden sands of sunny Fort Lauderdale beach are just steps away from your front door. This resort is surrounded by stunning hotels that include the W Fort Lauderdale, The Ritz Carlton, The Atlantic, The Four Seasons, and The Conrad, all of which boast fantastic restaurants and Spas and can be reached by taking a quick stroll down A1A you overlook the beach. A1A is the perfect place to Rollerblade or bike and look out over the crashing turquoise waves. MINIMUM AGE
Must be 25 years or older to book. Guests under the age requirement who move forward with a booking and are then denied access based on these requirements are responsible for any and all booking fees in addition to the loss of payments and deposits if they are within the cancellation period.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Guests must submit an official picture ID to us, just like a hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule.
GARBAGE
Guests are responsible for the removal of trash during and after their stay to the designated dispensers located on site.
NOISE ORDINANCE
It is strictly enforced, and parties are NOT permitted.

This is a private home, and furniture and amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.

PET POLICY
Pets are NOT permitted on the premises. In the event that there is a deviation from our NO PET policy, all pet sizes, and breeds, including support animals, must be disclosed in writing. There is a $100 base rate cleaning fee that can fluctuate higher based on the type and size of the animal and the length of the stay.
This is a NON SMOKING property.
Grilling is prohibited anywhere on the property, their are no designated areas for that on the property.
*EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire condo, and amenities. Pool Hours are from 7am until dusk. There is a locked closet that is labeled inside of the unit that is off-limits to all guests.

Second year staying in this great location and vintage apartment building. Wonderful pool and loved just sitting looking at the boats cruise by on the intracoastal.
The host was very welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. The unit was perfect for myself and my husband. Very comfortable accommodations with all you need for a fabulous vacation! Conveniently located in walking steps to the intercoastal with fabulous views and then you can relax on the deck on lounge chairs right next to the pool. Then you're less than two blocks to walk to the beach. They give you coolers, beach chairs, umbrella and plenty of towels during your stay. It was truly a wonderful vacation and looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Great location beautiful sunset views from the dock well maintained property close to the beach and excellent restaurants. Host was very accommodating and very attentive to any questions we had.
This location was great! Quiet but close to lots of activity. Easy to walk anywhere or get on a boat taxi. It was a little bit too small for myself, husband and son so I would recommend just a solo or couples trip. Condo had everything we needed.
Clean, convenient, safe, short walk to many bars and restaurants, went during college spring break and was not effected by the spring break crowd right down the road. Quiet Stay great property
Phenomenal facility and location. Located in a secluded/quite section of Lauderdale Beach, well maintain grounds and pool with fantastic Intercoastal view. Loved lounging by the dock, with a view of multi-million dollar homes and a steady parade of boats to keep us all entertained.
Excellent location and very clean accommodation. The property management company is very responsive. Just 1 block to the beach and yet the property is very quiet.

First time that we’ve rented a place Where art were quite obviously something that the owner(s) took interest in. Not stating that we “got it” with regards to every piece, but it sure does make this place stand out in a positive way.
My husband and I had a great time staying here. The location just can’t be beat. So close to the water, in either direction. Lots of restaurants and things to do. We will be back, thank you!!!

Great unit in a convenient location to base a stay in the Ft. Lauderdale. Unit has everything you need. Restaurants are within walking distance. Beach is 3 minute walk. We will look at this unit for our next visit.
This property was very modern and artsy. It is conveniently located near the beach, intracoastal, restaurants and night life. We were able to walk to most places including Starbucks by the beach. The Property Manager was very responsive when necessary and accomodated us with an early check in and out. Covered Parking was included and a major plus.
Beautifully decorated small condo. Great use of space. Everything you could possibly need is there. Very very clean and comfortable. Close to everything. We didn’t have a car and could walk everywhere. We will definitely be back.
We spent 3 nights in the condo and enjoyed our stay. The condo itself is located at the front of the property just off the parking are. I knew there wasn’t a view but the physical location was somewhat of a surprise. Other than that one minor negative we were pleased with our stay.
Everything was good, but having the address of the building would have been nice earlier than we received it. We typed in the name of it and our Uber took us to a different spot as we didn’t have the exact address. The space was perfect. Only thing that is needed is a new mattress.
This was a true treat of a stay for me. I honestly think my best trip ever to Florida and I’ve made quite a few. This studio is well equipped and decorated too. Furniture all high quality. Just 2 blocks to the beach. Chairs, umbrellas and beach towels all right in the closet to take. Even a cooler for cold beverages. Jeff Walker and team are so responsive. Very professional for any needs. I’ll be back and would recommend to anyone to stay here.
3.5 stars is our rating. The location, cleanliness and noise level were great. On the negative side the decor and internal lighting were subpar. Also for these accommodations you should expect better toilet poster, better paper towels and newer bath towels. These are not costly things but they leave an impression. You also need a light at the front door for safety.
