The main bedroom offers king bed with dresser, closet, tv and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with twin bunk and second twin bed option with tv, dresser and access to the outdoor patio from the room. The newly redesigned open kitchen has quartz counters, white cabinetry, large built-in table with 6 seats and stainless appliances. Updates include: luxury vinyl flooring throughout, new vanities and fixtures in both bathrooms, smooth ceilings, crown molding, LED lightening, quartz wet bar, new hot water heater, new induction range w/ air fryer, new Samsung HE front load washer & dryer, hurricane rated sliders- easy to open.

Relaxing stay.

Condo is clean and well equipped with beach chairs and boogie boards and umbrellas. The owner, Amy, was very helpful. Things to keep in mind, with this lovely unit, it is a first floor condo townhouse, that is a bit dark, even in the day. This wasn't much of an issue, as we spent most of out time at the beach club or beach that comes with the rental agreement. Also, note that this unit is off the golf course. It is a bit further from the beach and one would want bikes or a car to get to the beach club that's 1 mile away. Parking is free. But the HOA association charges a $40 per day fee for the activities card that gives you access to the beach club, golfing, and restaurants. Overall our family have a lovely stay.

Wonderful beach visit

We had a wonderful visit to Seabrook with our infant daughter. There was a pack n play and a great set up for families. Would definitely stay again!

Seabrook escape

This condo was perfect for our visit! Clean and cute with all the necessities. The rec center facility has a great workout room and pool and we were super close to the beach!

Charming Beach Retreat

My husband and I had the most relaxing time in this pristine clean condo! The light and airy beach vibe aesthetic added such charm to our stay. The location is perfect . We enjoyed watching the birds on the patio in the mornings and the deer in the evenings! If you are looking for a tranquil beach getaway with a well equipped kitchen & amenities… I definitely recommend staying at this lovely condo. Thank you for sharing your abode !
