Wonderful accommodations

We had such a wonderful time at Robert’s penthouse. It had everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The wrap around balcony had the best views! Thank you very much for hosting us and we would definitely rent this place again for future visits.

Family March Break in Jamaica

We had a wonderful family vacation in Jamaica thanks to our beautiful penthouse suite hosts Richard and Judith and our driver, Sedrick (we love you like family, Sedrick). The resort was spacious and full of great restaurants and fun activities. Our hosts helped us arrange two great off resort days as well. We can’t wait to come back!

Best of All Worlds!

This is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The view is spectacular from the condos walkaround balcony. We chose to stay in and enjoy the comfortable and spacious settings of the condo for the majority of our trip. We even cooked for ourselves in the well appointed kitchen. In fact we had friends join us for dinner one day. We spent one day walking the grounds of the resort and it is just lovely. This is going to be our number one vacation spot when it's available.

Our stay at this property was great. Communication with the owner, on island host, and Jewel Grande staff was extremely quick and always helpful. The property is completely as described online, but there was still more room than we were expecting. And the wrap around patio truly elevates the whole experience! We had a fantastic time!

The property location is beautiful and amenities are plentiful. The penthouse was clean, spacious (what a patio!! - we never wanted to be inside), and offered superb ocean views. Jewel Grande Penthouse…

We had a great stay in Robert’s 12th floor Penthouse. The unit was even nicer than the pictures showed. Although our arrival was delayed, Michelle waited and greeted us. It was a nice gesture after a long day of travel. The resort was very nice with great amenities, restaurants, and activities. I cannot overstate how pleased with the Penthouse and our entire experience!

Epic Spot!

Everybody in our group of 6 (with adult children in their 20's) was positively giddy with this place. It is everything it says it is and more! The view is so epic it's almost hard to describe. You feel like you are on a ship. The access to resort life with the comforts of a penthouse is a perfect combo. All inquiries and questions were promptly attended to and the check in process was as smooth as can be. I am grateful to the owner and his team for providing such a beautiful haven for our Jamaican holiday.

Amazing

If you are hesitant to book - don’t be. The unit is exactly as pictured but the space and amazing view is far more than you can imagine. Our family of 5 including 1 teenager had enough space to spread out but also enjoy family time in the living area. The host was awesome - super fast communication and kindness. We had Ms. Michele come and cook for us and dinner was beyond impressive. She was so personable and even gave my husband cooking lessons. She may not want to claim us but she’s family now for sure- lol. We spent 7 glorious days here and we are already planning our return trip. This was by far one of the best vacations we’ve had!

Wonderful Stay - Excellent Communication

Would definitely stay at this property again. The host was very communicative and checked on how things were going after we arrived. Michele , our chef and Richard , our driver were both fantastic! The ease of communicating with them was great! The property looked exactly like the description given on the website. Loved being on a resort with restaurant pools, beach and activity options along with the private condo feel. Loved the wrap around balcony. The closet shelves in one bedroom were dirty, 2nd bathtub closure did not work, master bathtub had a screw in it. We suggest having locks on balcony doors repaired. It would be phenomenal if there were screens to allow the windows and doors to open for fresh air while keeping the bugs out .

Enjoying Thanksgiving

I can’t say enough how wonderful this place is. We stayed for seven nights and everything was perfect. Roger reached out during our stay to see if we needed anything which was very kind. The pictures are nice on the internet however the actual place is much nicer. I have used VRBO’S in the past and I seldomly write a review. I felt the overall experience necessitated me to write a review. The one thing we all worry about when vacationing is safety and security. The resort made us feel very safe and we never worried about security from day one. PS. My daughter left her phone charging on a night stand and forgot to pack it when we left for the airport. Roger sent me a text alerting us that she left her phone and that he was going to mail it to my home address. What a professional. Thank you for a great vacation.

Incredible stay

We had a wonderful stay in Montego Bay and let me provide some insight for future visitors. This condo resides within the Jewel Grande hotel complex, so you have access to hotel amenities while still providing the comforts of a VRBO condo. The condo is also great and well equipped, with an incredible terrace. The condo is VERY nice, very clean and I would 100% return. The service at this property is top-notch. Judith and Michelle were incredibly responsive. Want your fridge stocked upon arrival? No problem. Need a high chair? No problem. This list goes on and on. As I mentioned, you have access to everything for the hotel (including food and drink options), so you sort of have redundant service from the condo and from the hotel (e.g. access to housekeeping, concierge, etc.). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Book this now!!!

Book this property now. You will not regret it. Where do I start? The Penthouse is beautiful and very spacious, the pictures make the property look small on the inside but the space is huge. Oh and the balcony. Love love love. The balcony and the view is the showstopper. The access to the resort was the icing on the cake. We were a group of 6, celebrating my 50th birthday and this property did not disappoint. Me and the ladies are already planning the next stay here and we just left. Communication with Mr Lawrence was fast and on point and check in was a breeze. When we arrived we had drinks waiting in the lobby and in the Penthouse and they also had a bday cake for me. We also had Ms Michelle cook breakfast for us. If you do choose the personal chef make sure you communicate all the fees up front including groceries and her services. Ms Michele was sweet as apple pie and we are still talking about her yummy porridge and callaloo.

Absolutely Wonderful Vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Jewel Grande in Jamaica. This resort property was outstanding as well as the penthouse unit we stayed in. Judith and Michele were top notch and so very responsive to our every need. There were a few small misses with attention to detail but when we reached out to Judith the need was very quickly resolved. Michele cooked us a fabulous Jamaican meal our very first night, which helped us to have time to settle in. Our 13 year old son was in our party of 5 and he truly enjoyed every single moment of our stay. He met a great group of kids his age, in addition to making friends with the excellent entertainment crew on property. The entertainment crew went above and beyond to make sure these kids had a good time. The entertainment staff included (please forgive me if I miss some); Carmella, Delando, Micah, Suze, Whitney, Ava as well as their manager Aleisha. My husband and I have travelled many times and this group was without a doubt the best entertainment staff that we have ever encountered. I would highly recommend booking this property and we will certainly consider booking it again. Thank you Judith, Michele and the staff of Jewel Grande for making our family vacation one of the best trips ever!
