Perfect for families and groups, enjoy relaxing at our newly renovated “modern farmhouse style” home. A quiet retreat, nestled in beautiful rolling hills. Built by Eli Cox family, renowned covered bridge builders. It’s a short 5 minute drive to local attractions: Winterset Cidery, Covered Bridges Winery & Guye Woods.

The space
Relax and unwind in our beautifully kept farmhouse. The main floor is a warm, inviting space with lots of places to sit and chat, play games or enjoy a festive dinner.

- Must see dining room with picture window seats 8, can expand to 12
- High-speed WIFI, 50” Smart Roku TV with all your favorite streaming services
