The modernized "Apartment with a View" is located on the 15th Floor. Enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over California, the Schönberger beach up to the Fehmarn-Sund bridge during breakfast and clear weather.
The holiday apartment has a lot of comfort, such as a combined living / sleeping area with a double bed and separate couch, a modern kitchenette and a shower room.

There is also an 8 m² cellar room, which offers enough space for your bicycles and / or beach utensils.
In the house there is a small laundromat and an indoor adventure mini golf course. Furthermore, a baker (incl. Magazines), a hairdresser, a beauty salon and a boutique for your well-being.
You can reach the beach in a few minutes on foot! In addition to sunbathing and long walks, this also invites you to bike tours along the Baltic Sea. You can find more information about cycling and hiking trails in the information folder in the apartment.
And if you want to leave your car behind, just take the bus and explore the state capital of Kiel. The stops are in front of the house. Sufficient parking spaces are available in front of and next to the house.
Shops for daily needs and doctors can be found in Schönberg, 4 km away. The place California can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot and offers a small supermarket (open seasonally), mini golf course as well as bike rental and various restaurants.

Tolles Ferienappartement mit Blick auf die Ostsee
Komfortabel ausgestattetes Appartement mit herausragender Sicht aus der 15. Etage auf die Landschaft und die Ostsee. Das Haus Kiel hat seinen ursprünglichen Charakter bewahrt und befindet sich in einem gepflegten Zustand. Von hier kann man den Strand ohne Probleme erreichen. Am Haus selbst gibt es einige Souvenirlädchen und fabelhafte griechische und italienische Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei der Vermittlung am Schönberger Strand verlief reibungslos und wir wurden dort sehr freundlich bedient. Klar weiterzuempfehlen!

Unzufrieden - schlechte Kommunikation
Leider wurde sich seit Abreise sich nicht mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt. Habe 1 Wo.auf durchgelegenen Matratzen gelegen und als der Sturm einsetze sind wir fluchtartig abgereist, da wir im Bett liegend dachten wir wären direkt am Strand. Der Sturm wehte durch die Balkontür. Ein entgegenkommen des Vernieters kam bis jetzt nicht trotz Kommunikation mit der Touristen Information. Schade.

schönes Appartement, super Aussicht
Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war mit allen Sachen ausgestattet die man braucht. Allerdings merkt man, dass die Anlage insgesamt veraltet ist. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht mit und die Umgebung (jetzt im Frühjaht) wie ausgestorben ist. Keine bis wenige Aktivitäten möglich. Cafe´s, Restaurant´s, Bäcker auch kaum vorhanden oder nur zur bestimmten Uhrzeiten geöffnet. Außerdem hatten wir keinen Internet bzw. Passwort dazu. In der Anlage ist Internet vorhanden aber im Zimmer bzw. beim Check-in gab es kein Passwort dazu. Die Damen, bei dem Touristenservice/Schlüsselübergabe hatte auch keine Ahnung. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt OK - im Sommer ist da hoffentlich mehr los.

schöne Wohnung mit sehr schöner Aussicht, 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand
Der Rest war nicht so toll.
Im Gegensatz zu den auf fewo-direkt hinterlegten Informationen sind im Buchungspreis KEINE Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher enthalten, sondern nur die Endreinigung! Auf die Antwort meiner diesbezüglichen Nachfrage vor Reiseantritt warte ich immer noch.
Die "Matratze" war lediglich ein ca. 8cm dicke Schaumstoffauflage.
Die analoge Fernsehempfangstechnik ist bereits vor Wochen ausgefallen, Ersatzteile gibt es nicht mehr (in unserem Landkreis wurde diese Technik bereits vor 15 Jahren abgeschafft!)
Einer der beiden Fahrstühle die bis in die oberen Etagen fahren war die ganze Zeit defekt.
An drei Tagen gab es nur kaltes Wasser
Die Speisen in der Mikrowelle wurden nicht warm
Den Bäcker im Gebäudekomplex gibt es nicht mehr.

Eine kleine aber sehr gemütliche Wohnung, perfekt für 2 Personen alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Der Ausblick ist monumental leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt aber das liegt leider nicht in der Macht des Vermieters 😁.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht.

Ostseeurlaub wohltuend ruhig
Die Ferienwohnung bietet einen sehr guten Komfort (Küchenzeile mit allem Erforderlichen, Doppelbett, Sofa, Balkon). Die Aussicht auf die Ostsee ist grandios. Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Hauptsaison reichlich vorhanden! Wir hatten eine entspannte und erholsame Woche!!!
