Welcome to our townhome located directly across from Greek Peak Mountain Resort! This cozy and welcoming unit faces the mountain and boasts outdoor decks both up and downstairs that provide relaxing views. Nearby you will find golfing, hiking, biking, wineries (Ithaca and finger lakes area) and much, much more.

Two bedrooms comfortably sleep four guests with a queen bed in each room. Two twin beds in common space (loft) provide additional sleeping accommodations.

A full bath with shower stall is on the lower level, and a full bath with tub/shower combo is upstairs.

A fully equipped kitchen will meet meal prep needs with pantry items (basic spices and non-stick spray) provided. The table and four chairs are positioned next to the windows providing a lovely outdoor view.

Technology: There are HDTVs in both bedrooms and the main living room upstairs has a Smart HDTV. Wifi access is included. You will need to bring your own phone charging cords.

Heating and Cooling: There is electric baseboard heating throughout the home with thermostats in each room. There are window AC units in the bedrooms and a ductless mini-split AC unit on the upper level for the warmer months. A ceiling fan is located in the main seating area. Fans are also provided for comfort. While the loft area has two extra twin beds and is height restricted, this space is not specifically cooled by A/C; the fans can be used for comfort as needed.

Fireplace: a cozy gas fireplace is in the main living area.

Linens: Bedsheets are provided, one set per bed. Towels are provided, one set per guest.

Housekeeping: No cleaning services are provided during your stay. Vacuum cleaner, stick floor vac, and swiffer are in the downstairs utility closet for your use as needed. Washer/dryer are in unit for your convenience. Basic paper products are provided also.

Food and beverage: Groceries can be found in nearby Marathon or Cortland.

Dining: Nearby restaurants include Trax (great outdoor deck) located across the road and slope-side, as well as Carver's Restaurant and the Bobcat Lounge in Hope Lake Lodge.

Activities: Some of the described activities have an associated fee.

Hiking, a lift-served downhill bike park, mountain biking, and other fun activities are close by across the street at Greek Peak.

Hope Lake Lodge features an indoor year round water park and for a fee visitors can rent paddle boats and stand up paddle boards to use on Hope Lake. The lodge also offers spa services at The Waterfalls Spa. The Lodge also has an outdoor pool and an arcade that has over 40 games. Also located in the Lodge is a gift shop with coffee (Starbucks) and snacks available.

Greek Peak Mountain Resort is located across the street and offers an adventure center with a mountain coaster, an aerial ropes course, zip lines, mountain biking trails and chair lift ride.
