Surrounded by water and just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea beach and the famous Graswarder, this modern and bright 2.5-room penthouse apartment is located in the beach resort of Heiligenhafen. She has the possibility of own beach chair use!

Inside there is an open living / dining area with fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle and a stereo / CD system.

The bedroom is equipped with a modern box spring bed. It has a balcony. From here you look towards the Graswarder and the marina. Next door you will find a second bedroom with a bunk bed, especially suitable for children.

In the living area there is also a modern sofa, which can be transformed into a sofa bed for another 2 people, a woodburning stove and a TV with DVD player. From a 2. The balcony overlooks the beach promenade towards the pier and in beautiful weather you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Wir waren schon mehrfach in dieser Wohnung: Die Lage zwischen Yachthafen und Seebrücke ist einfach super, für uns die beste in Heiligenhafen! Der Blick vom Balkon in die Fußgängerzone mit dem bunten Treiben, auf die kleinen und größeren Läden, unten gleich die Crêpes-Bude... Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, bei der Ausstattung wurde wirklich an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht. Wir werden immer wieder hierherkommen.

Es war soweit alles ok und schön. Es gehört aber ein Strandkorb dazu. Dieser wird aber erst Mitte März aufgestellt. Dies hat man uns nicht gesagt. Finde ich etwas schade, dies zu verschweigen. Haben uns auf den Strandkorb gefreut. Bitte zukünftig darauf hinweisen, von wann bis wann ein Strandkorb zur Verfügung steht. Im Mietvertrag war er enthalten. Eigentlich müsste man dafür Geld zurückfordern.

Oben angekommen, hat man vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer einen schönen Blick vom Balkon aus. In der Wohnung hat nichts gefehlt. Immer wieder gern.
