Charming State Thomas Home - Big Groups Welcome!

A large 3-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home! Located in the heart of Uptown Dallas. This property comes with 1 king bed, 2 full beds, along with two twin beds. Sectional couch in the living room is big enough to sleep 2, as well as air mattresses provided.

State Thomas is the best neighborhood as it's right in the middle of uptown, close enough to downtown, the Arts District, Deep Ellum, Oak Lawn, and Knox-Henderson. You can walk to bars and restaurants and an Uber ride will never cost you that much because it's so central! The area is a popular place to live if you're young and looking to have a good time or go for a walk. Whole foods, C-store, bars, restaurants, salons, and shops all in walking distance.

Uber is quick, cheap, and easy. It's only a $10 cab ride from Love field airport so unless you are planning on spending time outside of Dallas you don't really need a car. Even though parking is pretty easy for a big city, Dallas is a great city to let the driver do the work so you can enjoy yourself and the occasional drink.

Very convenient to Americans Airlines Center activities. You can walk there. Great food/coffee /cocktails with a short walk. Very comfortable & well stocked home.

Amazing location and space for a large group

The property itself was spacious and a great fit for our group. The location is high end and extremely walkable. Parking is also very easy. Those home itself could be a bit cleaner and more set up for hosting - there were crumbs on the floor in the kitchen, towels were left only in one bathroom closet (none otherwise in the other bathrooms) and one of the beds pillows was left without the pillow cases on before we got there which was strange. However overall, was a positive stay.

We reached out to the host at least 4 times, to tell them that the bath was spitting out sewage, The second floor bathroom- sink was clogged and not draining, shower didn’t work Master bathroom- outlets didn’t work, bath tub didn’t function, and one sink would not drain. Bed was broken in queen room in second floor We needed help and plumbing issues fixed but heard nothing from our host. We paid in full for all these amenities and we should be reimbursed for them.

Great location

Great choice for a girls' weekend. It was within walking distance to several good restaurants, and close to many fun things to do and see. The neighborhood was safe, and had a good vibe.
