Welcome to the house Oland.
The apartment No. 15 is located in the 2nd Floor of the house and offers with the west-facing balcony a beautiful view of the sea and beautiful sunsets.

It welcomes you a holiday home close to the beach and quiet area. Bright furniture and dark laminate give the apartment a cozy atmosphere.

A flat-screen TV and a DVD player provide modern living in the living room, from where you also enter the west-facing balcony overlooking the North Sea. From the sofa can be made in a jiffy another sleeping accommodation and the dining area for three people fits harmoniously into the room.

The small bright kitchen is comfortably equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and fridge freezer.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with a high entry and electrically adjustable slatted frames, a large closet with ample space for the holiday wardrobe. Here is also a second flat screen, also you can reach here the second small balcony of the apartment.

From the hallway you enter the bathroom with shower, toilet and large mirror cabinet.

You can use the swimming pool in Haus Uthlande free of charge and the sauna there for a fee.

Der einzige Nachteil war das Erreichen der Wohnung bei der Anreise vom Hafen zur Wohnung, vor allem mit dem Zwischenstop in Badestraße 102, um den Schlüssel entgegenzunehmen. Wir hatten unser Auto zuhause stehen gelassen, wie es von der Föhr-Broschüre nachdrücklich empfohlen wurde. Bei meiner vorangegangenen Anfrage im Vermietungsbüro wurde mir empfohlen, im Hafen ein Taxi zu nehmen. Als wir dort das Schiff verließen, sahen wir dort auch 3 Taxen stehen. Als wir jedoch unten angekommen waren, waren bereits alle abgefahren, weil einige Gäste eine bessere Ausgangsposition hatten. Wie aber sollten wir nun ein Taxi bekommen? Wir hatten ja noch nicht einmal die Rufnummer der Taxi-Firma! Wir sind dann mit unseren Koffern zu Fuß den weiten Weg bis zur Badestraße gegangen, wo uns nach der Übergabe der Schlüssel, zum Glück ein Taxi für die Weiterfahrt zur Wohnung bestellt wurde. Dort angekommen, erzählte uns der Taxifahrer, dass wir beim nächsten Mal das Taxi 2 Tage im Voraus bestellen sollten. Aber das ist bei der Anreise wohl kaum zumutbar! Die Agentur sollte sich dringend darum kümmern, dass man den Schlüssel in der Nähe der Wohnung abholen kann! Zum Beispiel mit einem Schlüsselkasten, für den man bei der Buchung eine PIN zum Öffnen bekommt. Dann hätten wir mit dem Bus bis zur Wohnung fahren können.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und echt gut ausgestattet. Für 2 Personen ist sie perfekt, 3 wäre auch möglich, aber das Sofa sieht nicht so bequem aus. Die 2 Balkone sind top. Auch die Lage ist klasse, man ist nicht im Zentrum, aber kann alles schnell erreichen. Wir waren ohne Auto auf der Insel,das klappte prima.
