One bedroom features two bunk beds with full mattresses on the bottom and twin mattresses on top, making it perfect for kids or mixed groups.

• Due to the increased wildfire risk in the area, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including both indoor and outdoor spaces. • Located approximately 40 minutes from the town of Payson • Access is via dirt road. AWD or 4WD is recommended during heavy rain or snow • WiFi is available. Speeds may vary during storms due to the remote location • A split A/C unit is located in the living room. Bedrooms remain comfortable with fans, heaters, and open windows • We are on a private water system and appreciate thoughtful water use • No parties or rowdy gatherings
