Beach Service Included for Spring/Summer/Fall 2026! Walk out the patio door and you have choices! Take a few steps to the right and you are on the beach or take a few steps to the left and you are at the Gulf-Front pool. Located on one of the most beautiful stretches of sugar white sand in all of Florida, our one-bedroom, one and half bath beachfront condo is your vacation home away from home. This unit features a king bed, hallway bunks, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families or couples, our condo comfortably sleeps six.

Located in the Windancer Condominium complex, one of Destin’s few remaining low-rise complexes, your unit is in a prime location with immediate access to both the beach and the pool. Fewer units in the entire complex means you won’t have to have to battle the crowds while trying to enjoy the surf.

We’ve provided many of the amenities you’ll need during your stay, including a high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, linens, Smart TVs.

You will love being steps from the pool and being close enough to watch the pool from your private patio. First floor convenience means no more elevator rides and long walks to the beach.

Located one eighth of a mile south of the Silver Sands Factory Outlets, the Nation's finest outlet center, and just minutes away from Destin Commons and Baytowne Wharf you are close to great shopping and dining. In addition to laying on the beach or playing in the pool, you can also enjoy all the things Destin has to offer including world-class golf, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, fine dining, parasailing, and dolphin cruises to name a few!

As a guest in our vacation home we are committed to making your stay the best it can be. We have vacationed at Windancer for the past 20+ years and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We employ a local maintenance and cleaning staff, who can respond immediately to meet any needs during your stay.

We purchased this condo in December 2010 and are continually updating.

I have stayed here in the past. The lication is great but our room was horrible. The oven did not work we tried the property manager no response. The place was dirty and dingy!! I will look for other condos on this site.

We love the property!!! This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Winddancer and love the location!! I will say- the toilet in the master area had not been cleaned- it was not a problem as there was a toilet brush there! We will definitely see y’all again!

Perfect location

This is our second time staying here and we plan to continue to stay in this condo! The location is perfect, the amenities are excellent and the condo is fully stocked with cooking supplies. The pool is heated in the winter making it perfect for evening swims. We love the ease of walking from the front patio to the beach, a quick 20 second walk. Checking in and out is a breeze and the owner responds promptly. We will definitely be staying again!

Great Stay ON the water with an up to date condo! It was clean and well lit. We made use of the sleeper sofa since there were 4 adults. It worked out great and there's even a door that separated the living room and hallway for privacy. Well stocked kitchen and never ran out of flatware. The chair service was such a game changing amenity that came with the stay. We took additional chairs and toys that we easily stored outside being on the first floor. We are a family of 4 adults and 1 toddler. We would love to visit here again! Highly recommended!

This property was exactly as described on the listing. Well maintained, great communication, and you cannot beat the location to the pool and access to the beach - especially if you have kids. Such a hidden gem and great memories made that we’ve already booked it again!

Ease of access!

Another perfect stay in our favorite place ever! We love the Windancer and have stayed in several other units through the years. This is one of the nicer and cleaner ones we’ve stayed in. When you have kids and have to lug a million things to the beach, nothing beats this ease of access. Going straight from your patio door to the pool and being steps away from the beach access is a lifesaver. Highly recommend this unit and the condo in general. The beach is not crowded and not being around so many other people is great too. Beach service is always fantastic. I definitely recommend. :)

Unit was just as shown-Donna who locally managed was super helpful with a couple of issues-beach service was so convenient-only complaint is that the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked-no spices etc and not a lot of pots and pans-but would definitely stay there again

Great view, great location and great condo

The location of the condo is perfect. The view is amazing. The condo is steps from the beach. Beds were comfortable including the sleeper sofa. The condo is equipped with all necessary kitchen cookware and utensils. The heated pool is great, the temperature is perfect and the kids loved it. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The owner was responsive and very helpful. We will be booking our stay for next Winter! Highly recommend!

Better than expected !

First time in Destin and it was awesome ! Beach is right off the patio along with the pool. Quiet and serene and a crispy clean condo with all amenities. Close to the outlets and Skippers seafood market where fresh shrimp and fish come in each morning. Grills are out behind the patio near the beach and you can cook while enjoying the amazing sunset. Laura is great and has wonderful communication. We will be back and stay here again! A+ service.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property because it is so more private than other condos and it feels more like home. First of all the owner was great and I thank her for letting us stay there. The convenience to everything surrounding you outside the condo is a plus with me when you have a 13 year old boy who keeps us all active. My family is planning on buying a condo within the next year and this is how I want ours to be. I will definitely always stay here in the future if I am in the area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because we loved it.
