Recently remodel house located in the heart of Murrieta/Temecula. Just 4 miles away from Temecula winery, Pechanga Casino, golf course,shopping center and mall. Very clean 4-bedroom house, 2.5 baths, kitchen and appliances, living room, smart TV. Backyard with a gas BBQ grill, dining table and outdoor patio furniture. Central AC and Heating system, security cameras in a common areas only. Note: security cameras are recording during stay but NOT monitored and utilised only in case of an incident.
