The apartment (77 m²) is located in the former "haystack", directly opposite the main building and is divided into two floors.
Ground floor: entrance, living room with sofa bed for 2 children up to 150 cm tall, dining area with kitchenette and fireplace, bathroom with shower, storage room.
Upper floor: double room, bathroom with shower, twin room.
In the garden in front of the house there is a pavilion with table and chairs. Facilities: safe, internet wi-fi connection, mosquito nets.

Including gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, internet Wi-Fi, heating, baby cot and high chair on request, washing machine use included.
Not included and to be paid on site: deposit € 300, late arrival € 50. Bath towels € 3 / person, tourist tax € 1.00 / person / day max. 5 days, under 12 years free.

Our wonderful holiday complex is located in the middle of the Chianti area, only 30 km from Siena, in an idyllic landscape. Embedded in the hilly landscape of Tuscany are 8 beautiful and comfortable apartments, at the foot of a gentle range of hills, which is mainly covered by holm oak forests. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the typical landscape between the Elsa Valley and "Terre Senesi".
Formerly an old hamlet where the farmers lived and tilled the land for the local gentlemen, the houses were renovated and tastefully decorated with respect for the original architecture.
Each apartment has its own covered terrace with exclusive garden furniture. Green areas, stone, wood, cotto floors, typical stone walls, flowering arbors and warm colors are the elements that have been skilfully intertwined to create a pleasant atmosphere. The outside areas were also designed to offer guests maximum comfort: a large swimming pool (16x8, open May-Oct), which is surrounded by a sun terrace with cotto floors, on which there are parasols and deckchairs; the bocce court, the barbecue area and the covered parking lot were cleverly adapted to the rustic ambience. Shared washing machine available.
