Take it easy at this riverfront oasis with gorgeous oak trees. It is nestled on the Guadalupe River and close to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. It is conveniently located between San Antonio and Austin. It is the perfect get away if you are looking for a relaxing weekend or week on the river.
Nolan Street River house offers a spacious open floor plan. It has thee bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, toiletries and toilet paper. The Kitchen is also stocked with pots, pans, dishes and basic condiments. There long circular driveway has plenty of parking.

The river house has a huge back yard with lots of outdoor spaces to entertain and great views of the Guadalupe river. There is a deck with a BBQ grill and seating that leads down to the river with plenty of space to lounge and hang out with family and friends. The gorgeous oak trees on the property are some of the oldest in Seguin.

If you are looking for more of an adventure, you don't have to go far from here to find it. The river house is located less than 30 minutes away from Schlitterbahn, Tubing on the Comal and Gudalupe Rivers in New Braunfels, the San Marcos Outlet Mall, Natural Bridge Caverns, The Animal World & Snake Farm Zoo featured on Dirty Jobs, The Gruene Hall , Gruene Historic District, the New Braunfels Rail Road Museum, Landa Park, Prince Solms Park and the Faust Street Bridge.

If you are looking to do something close in Seguin there is ZDT's Amusement Park, Floating the Guadalupe at Seguin Tubes, The Seguin Aquatic Center at Starke Park, Blue Lotus Winery, Seguin Brewing Company, BS Brewing Company and the Pape Pecan Nutcracker Museum which are all less than 10 minutes away.
Other things to note
We have plenty of parking for cars on the driveway. Only small cars will fit in the garage.

Update: PLEASE NOTE: In March 2023, Meadow Lake (aka Lake Nolte) was lowered 12' when they opened the dam. We still have water access and stairs that lead to the river. We were fortunate enough to be on the deepest part of the river so water levels are high enough to float, swim, fish, lounge in tubes and even kayak.
