From the shaded seat you enter the living-dining room. Right is the kitchen with the kitchenette, straight ahead is the bedroom with three single beds. An entrance hall leads to the bedroom with double bed and to the bathroom (shower / WC).
In the shared garden there are also some fruit trees, as well as a hot tub (open from middle May to end of September) and a veranda to relax, at the guest’s disposal.

This beautiful holiday home, a former flour mill, now converted into 3 independent apartments, is just 600 meters from Pomaia, where you can find the nearest shops and restaurants.
It is a very beautiful property in the midst of an idyllic landscape, surrounded by olive trees, groves and a small stream along, where a small pond is located (bathroom, if not dry).
From time to time some local wild animals (hedgehogs, rabbits, foxes, pheasants) are visible undisturbed by the stream or in the garden.

In the garden there are also some fruit trees available for guests. Along the stream and in the garden there are gazebos and reading corners, so you can rest and enjoy the lush nature.

The coast and the sea of Castiglioncello are 13km away. Cecina is 20km, Pisa 40km, Volterra 45km, San Gimignano 55km, and Florence 95km. From Pomaia you reach the house over 400 m gravel road.
