Your apartment is located in the south of the Baltic Sea island Fehmarn in the small village Wulfen directly on the golf course.

The idyllic natural beach is only 500 meters away and easily accessible on foot or by car. The popular and well-known windsurfing and kitesurfing area "Wulfener Hals" is nearby, as well as the Golfpark Fehmarn and the Witt riding stable with a variety of offers for beginners and advanced riders.

The apartment is accessible via a separate front door and a staircase. The charming maisonette is over 100 m² and divided into a spacious living / dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen and balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with all amenities, such as: B. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave and plenty of dishes. A washing machine is available.
