Welcome to The Boat House! We are pleased to share our family's vacation home with you and thanks to Hurricane Helene it has been completely remodeled. This warm and inviting 3bd/2ba, with a private Hot Tub, is situated on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a deep-water canal. Your vacation destination for Gulf Coast dining, beach lounging, fishing, scalloping, swimming with the manatees, the Sponge Docks and Anclote Island. You will simply fall in love here living the Salt Life.
Between the Boat House and the Gulf there is a bridge that limits Watercraft size and height depending on the tides. Please inquire for more information

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Wash and place all dishes in the drying rack or back in their original place
-Please start a load of towels/washrags
-Set the Thermostat to Cool Mode at 77 degrees
-Make sure the bungee cord is hooked on the hot tub
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
