Memorial Weekend

We had a great weekend stay! Pool was 85 degrees, home is spacious, tidy and comfortable. Host was excellent in communication and quick to address any questions/concerns. Great location with amenities very close by. The weather wasnt great so we spent more time indoors in the large sunroom. It was a great gathering spot for family! We would stay again!!

If you are in the area for Baseball Tournaments this is the PERFECT place!

We were in town for 4 days of baseball tournaments in the Crystal Lake area and this place was the BEST find!!!! Ron is a wonderful person and took such good care of us! The property is perfect for unwinding with kids after long days at the field, loads of local amenities very close by, the neighborhood is SO quiet and safe and friendly! The house is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The pool is fantastic and it’s worth repeating how great Ron is! We will stay again when baseball brings us back to the area!

Great pool-quirky house

Great location and great ambience outside with pool and deck. Inside is a strange set-up. Our linens were not clean, but owner was responsive. It’s weird that someone normally lives there. Comforters were dated and worn.

Disappointed

The location was great, close to family. However, we had to spend and spent money for sheets, pillowcases, blankets, silverware, and utensils. Bedding had spots and didn’t look clean to us. The silverware drawer was dirty full of crumbs. We felt like we were staying in someone’s home as the refrigerator was full of their food and didn’t feel like a VRBO. We were charged for house cleaning and we left it cleaner than when we arrived. Was not worth what we paid for it.
