Very clean property with everything you need in a VRBO. Townhouse in a small community near schools in Greenwood. We had some questions and the owner replied promptly! Located about 12 minutes from Self Regional, Lander University and the uptown area. Not too far to Lake Greenwood!

Great Stay

We were in town for a family reunion and did not want to be stay in one room in a hotel or pay the expense for two rooms when we could have a townhouse. It was more cost effective to have 3 bedrooms so everyone would have their own space and we had a kitchen. The house was nice and 5 minutes away from the family. The neighbors were very kind and welcoming. The house was peaceful and serene. Thank you!

Great Rental!

This townhouse was perfect! We are in Greenwood often, we have kids at Lander University. This was the perfect place to stay. It is in a quite neighborhood and great location. Lots of room and very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the extra room vs being in a small hotel room. We will definitely rent again. Thanks for offering a great place to stay!

Great location for family on last minute trip. Owner was very helpful when and responded immediately. Clean, quit and peaceful. Meet all requirements as I was in town for funeral and didn't want to deal with hotel traffic. Definitely would stay again when in town.
