Apartment in the heart of the Palatinate Forest.
The apartment has been awarded for the second time by the German Tourism Association with 4 stars.
On approx. 55 m² you will find everything you need for a nice holiday.
Over 5 steps, the basement apartment is easily accessible via a separate courtyard of our property.
Dining and living room:
The living-dining area forms together with the kitchen the central location of the apartment. A comfortable corner couch and a dining table with an unobstructed view of the 32 inch LCD TV.
are also part of our equipment, as the DVD multiplayer incl. Surround sound system as well as a SAT receiver with radio reception.
Wi-Fi for our guests is free and is provided with a separate access via a 100 Mb line.

The bedroom:
A double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m, two bedside tables with LED lighting and a 3-piece wardrobe belong to the bedroom.

The nursery:
A children's room with a large bunk bed (2 x 0,90m x 2,00m),
LED night lights, children's wardrobe, a double-door wardrobe and a high chair are available for our little guests.
By prior notification, we also provide a baby travel bed (also available in the master bedroom) or a bed rail for the lower bed ready.
Please note that the upper area of the bunk bed can only be used from the age of 6 years.

The bathroom:
There is also a daylight bathroom with shower, WC and hair dryer available for you.
Towels are included in the initial equipment in the booking.

The kitchen:
The fitted kitchen includes a ceramic hob, convection oven, exhaust hood, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge-freezer.
Crockery, cookware, small appliances (mixer, coffee maker, toaster, bread slicer and kettle) are available.
Also a Senseo pad machine is provided for their coffee preparation.

Miscellaneous:
Outside there is a seating area and a car parking space and a lawn area available. The parking of bicycles and motorcycles brought along is also no problem.
The apartment also includes a covered, sheltered patio, garden furniture and barbecue grill for all a mini barbecue for 4 people is sufficient.
Charcoal, lighters and wood can be purchased and are ready to use.
Space to play and rest is sufficient.
