About this property
Nice apartment on the edge of the old town
You live in a newly renovated apartment in a house from 1920 on the ground floor (mezzanine floor) right on the edge of the old town in a residential area. The house is very central but quiet in a park.
The apartment has a separate entrance, which you can reach through our apartment and which is lockable. Your accommodation consists of 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. In the living room there is a cozy corner sofa with a TV and DVD player, a closet full of board games and a dining area.
In the bedroom you have a 1.80 mx 2.00 m bed and a closet for your things. Of course, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
An extra bed with 1.40 x 2.00 meters (folding bed) can be made in the open living area for a maximum of 2 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove with 2 hobs, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and sink as well as the most important things for cooking (spices, oil, ...). The bathroom has a shower and washing machine + dryer (for a fee of 2 euros each).
For you there is a coffee machine with coffee at your disposal.
The apartment includes a parking space in the yard and 2 bicycles.
Please note: You can reach your apartment via the hallway of our apartment. But don't worry, we don't mind. :-)
