Light, open-concept layout with gourmet kitchen, SS appliances, and tile floors. 1st-floor primary suite: king bed, walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual sinks & 2 large walk-in closets. Bed 2: queen + sitting chair. Bed 3: queen. Bed 4: twin-over-full bunk. Enjoy a fenced yard, covered patio, outdoor furniture & grill. Quiet neighborhood with a new Starbucks next door! DM for homeowner-insurance related stays or longer-term stays for a discount or if you have any questions. This rental helps support our daughter through dental school on her way to becoming a dentist so we really appreciate you considering our rental!

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Christina was an excellent host. They had all the amenities you could possibly need. The home was very comfortable and felt like home. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Home

This house was perfect for our family. It was in such a great location, right in the middle of all the places we were visiting. A Starbucks is being built at the corner of the development also! This is great for my fellow latte drinkers. Christina was great! Any time I had a question she answered right away. Will definitely stay here again!

Superb long term rental

This is a newly built house in a nice neighborhood. Christina was super responsive and dealt quickly with the two minor issues that popped up. The house was not only thoughtfully appointed, but literally had everything we needed. Definitely recommended!
