The 65 square meter and tastefully furnished apartment has a large dining and living area, an open kitchen, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sunny south-facing balcony.

The small and quiet village of Oberrussenried near Neukirch is located in the hinterland of Lake Constance in an attractive recreational area. The hilly landscape is interrupted here and there by an idyllic pond or a secluded forest, whereby the picturesque landscape is also characterized by orchards and hop gardens.

With us you will find peace and relaxation with a good glass of red wine or try a gin or brandy from our own schnapps distillery.

For shared use, you can also:
- a light-flooded winter garden with a cozy seating area
- a cozy barbecue area under a large walnut tree
- a large play and sunbathing area, including deck chairs, for relaxing and sunbathing
- Washer and dryer can be used for a fee

The apartments are non-smoking accommodations.
We therefore ask you to enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or outdoors.

Die Gastgeberin war wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war auch gut geschnitten und auf jeden Fall groß genug für 4 Personen. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab leider keine Spühlmaschiene und die Hygiene lies etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das vorhandene Geschirr war teilweise noch schmutzig und bei Ankunft liesen sich noch leere Flaschen in den Kleiderschränken finden. Vermutlich von den Vormietern.

Wirklich schöne ruhige Gegend. Die Ferienwohnungen an sich sind auch gut eingerichtet und die Küche hat alles was man braucht. WLAN und Fernseher sind auch vorhanden. Es ist alles sauber und ordentlich.Einkaufen kann man direkt um die Ecke und am Bodensee ist man in 25min von wo aus man mit der Fähre ruck zuck in der Schweiz oder in Konstanz ist.

Naja man muss halt früh aufstehen wenn man wirklich was schauen will war viel Verkehr

Alles war OK Wetter hat mitgespielt nur die Gegend was ich schlecht fand wegen Verkehr alle Straßen eng und manche Autos fahren so schnell und passen überhaupt nicht auf ob du mit Kindern läufst oder mit Auto fährst

Tolle Unterkunft in herrlicher Gegend

Es war ein sehr kurzweiliger Urlaub bei einer sehr netten Familie. Die Unterkunft war angemessen groß, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, so dass man die Abende sehr gut auf dem Balkon genießen kann. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungen

Familie Zerlaut hat uns sehr gastfreundlich aufgenommen. Die FeWo haben wir gewählt, weil sie ländlich-ruhig liegt und eine richtige Küche hat, denn wir müssen selbst kochen. Bad und Schlafzimmer sind großzügig angelegt. Es gibt auch einen schönen Balkon zum Garten hinaus mit toller Aussicht auf die Allgäuer Alpen. Bei dem wechselhaften Aprilwetter waren wir dankbar für die warme Wohnung. Überraschend für uns war, wie schnell wir interessante Örtlichkeiten erreichen konnten. Innerhalb von 20-30 min erreichten wir Lindau, das Zeppelinmuseum in Friedrichshafen, Meersburg, die Waldburg oder das schöne Städtchen Ravensburg. Nach Konstanz fährt stündlich ein Katamaran ab Friedrichshafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 3 km entfernten Neukirch oder im nahen Tettnang. Es hätte noch viel zu entdecken gegeben, mehr als wir in einer Woche erleben konnten. Es war ein sehr schöner und interessanter Urlaub für uns. Vielen Dank, Familie Zerlaut.

Schöne Umgebung.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir, unsere Kinder und unser Hund fühlten uns willkommen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und grundsätzlich war alles da; was man braucht. In der Küche wäre ein Gefrierschränkchen von Vorteil gewesen, um Eis oder Pizza für die Kinder aufzubewahren. Auch eine Spülmaschine wäre schön, um den Urlaub nicht mit abwaschen zu verbringen. Im Wohnzimmer hätte ich mir ein größeres Sofa mit Kuscheldecke und Kissen gewünscht. Das Vorhandene ist zu klein und ungemütlich für 4 Personen. Die Ferienwohnung bleibt auch im Sommer angenehm kühl und sorgt für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Der Garten ist schön und gepflegt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub und bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft.

Schöner Famillienurlaub

Das Haus war genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Es war sauber und alles nötige ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Kinder waren herzlich willkommen. Ein schöner Ort um von dort aus die Umgebung zu erkunden.
