The property is exactly as described. New, clean, comfortable and has everything you may need. It is close to beaches and activities. We stayed with one of our granddaughters and it was perfect. I especially like having an extra 1/2 bathroom and central air. I highly recommend staying here.
A lovely home that feels brand new and very comfortable. Would encourage anyone looking for a great location to stay on the Cape who wants a beautiful and comfortable place to stay to consider this property - you will not be disappointed.
We spent last week on the Cape and this 2-bedroom suite was the perfect stay for our family. Brand new, coastal charm within easy drive and walks to park, beaches, shopping and restaurants. Quiet and serene location and lovely owners who provided amenities like beach chairs and umbrella, secluded patio/firepit and recommendations to make the most of our visit. We would stay here again and highly recommend!
This property was perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable, and cute. Hazel & Rich thought of everything! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
The house is lovely - spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped We were fortunate to get great weather so we spent a lot of time on the side patio and used the grill and fire pit. The hosts were fabulous - friendly, accommodating and respectful of our privacy! A must stay!
We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautifully done and very comfortable for our family of 4. Such a great location too - we loved riding our bikes on the trails and viewing beautiful sunsets at Linnell Landing. The hosts were great too. Highly recommend!
Richard and Hazel were fantastic hosts! Their property is brand new, impeccably maintained and close to many attractions, including the beach! As a family, the property was perfect for our needs and we highly recommend it. They clearly take great pride in being great hosts and the little attentions are really appreciated. We hope to be back again.
I can’t say enough great things about this rental home. I grew up in Brewster and know the cape well. This is conveniently located to Brewster’s bayside beaches, the kettle ponds at Nickerson, and the rail trail for biking. It’s a quick walk to Cobie’s for food and ice cream. Plus, the town center, coffee shops, and other landmarks like Ocean Edge are right around the corner. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and well equipped (beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were available). The patio area with grill and fire table allowed for a relaxing night after a long day at the beach or bike riding.Hazel and Rich were excellent hosts—they perfectly balanced providing privacy while being available when we needed.Overall, this was one of my favorite vrbo stays!
This charming Cape Cod new cottage was perfect for our 4 night stay in Brewster. It is attached to the owners home but you have complete privacy during your stay, and the owners are lovely people as well. Bike rentals/trails are so close to the cottage which was perfect for us and it’s really close to many restaurants. Again, Thank you Hazel & Rich for a wonderful stay!

The property was perfect! Clean, quiet, comfy. And the location was great within the Cape as well. Could get to most towns within a half hour and the beach in less then 5 min. Hazel was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived as well. 10/10
Hazel and Rich put extra thought into the details . The place was beautiful , comfortable and had everything we needed. They were very helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
What a charming, clean, organized, and delightful place to stay for a few days with the family. We had everything we needed. Be sure to learn the microwave/convection oven (which makes great pizzas) and the induction stove (great for kids that can't help touching a range). S'mores on the outside fire pit and great sleeping arrangements.
Highly recommend.
Highly recommend!
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to the bike path and the lovely quiet neighborhood.
Future renters should note that the coffee pot provided is a Keurig. Had we known (or bothered to ask), we would have brought our own drip filter or press, though admittedly boiling water might have been a challenge.
An electric kettle would truly enhance this property, as would a walkway to the entrance so that crossing the front lawn isn't necessary.
That said, our stay was wonderful!
Suited our needs very well. If you plan on preparing meals then this might be a problem since there is no stove as such. However, that wasn't a problem for us and the listing makes it clear what the kitchenette consists of.

The accommodations were spacious, brand new, clean, and included everything we could possibly think of or need right down to the smallest things, including things we would not know we would need. Also, there were several things included that we could not bring with us (we flew, did not drive) like beach chairs & umbrella & towels. The landlords really thought of everything!
It was our 2nd time staying at this little gem. A warm, clean, well situated little space.
The grille is great and microwave is also a convection oven which is a plus. Only downside is there is no stove but worth the inconvenience given the other amenities. Plenty of nice glassware and utensils, Keurig coffee maker, heating skillet and a good supply of towels and toilet paper.
Beds are comfy and soft. While not as firm as we use on a daily basis they are well maintained.
Best part is the hospitality. The owners are wonderful and always easily accessible.
We will be back!
This rental is on a quiet road. Easy access to not only activities in Brewster but also rest of the cape. We took advantage of the walking path to cobies for ice cream and just a little further to the beach. Very clean. Both bedrooms have queen size beds which is great for 2 couples. The lounge/kitchenette was spacious. Came with some coffee pod cups and biscotti treats. Nice to have a private patio with a grill. Enjoyed morning coffee and reading in the Adirondack chairs in front of the cottage. Hazel and Rich are great hosts. Great stay.
Absolutely wonderful experience renting this pristine property. It's in perfect condition, looks new. Super clean, has many amenities, including a well-stocked kitchenette. (Please note: There is no oven/stove, but there's a microwave and full fridge along with coffee machine, plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Not a problem if you plan to eat most meals out. And there's a gas grill on the patio, though we didn't have a chance to use it.) Loved that linens were provided--sheets, towels, beach towels--and laundry. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, we all slept well! And plenty of closet space. Noiseless central air. Location is ideal--great access to the Rail Trail via a path at the end of the street. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to local beaches and outer Cape beaches including Coast Guard and Nauset. Also a quick trip to Chatham which is always lovely. The space was perfect for our party of three. I liked having the half bath off the primary in addition to the main full bath. Owners were delightful and so easy to communicate with. Oh, you also can walk to Cobies--bonus! Another note: the apartment is attached to the main house, but with an entirely separate entrance. We had full privacy. Can't recommend this place enough. We hope to stay again next year!
