Canyon Lake condo, a short drive to New Braunfels, boat & trailer parking
Updated and comfy downstairs condo on the north side of Canyon Lake! Fun lake theme decor, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including keurig. Two bedrooms and two full baths, master bedroom has a king bed and blackout curtains, charging stations on side tables. The 2nd bdrm has a queen bed, side tables have charging stations on them. Both bedrooms and living room have Smart Roku TV's. Living room open to dining area and kitchen, fireplace with electric faux wood logs. The sofa has a pull out section that makes into a bed. Washer/dryer in master bathroom. Relax and enjoy the view of Canyon lake from large back patio, you can expect deer to greet you in the morning and evening. Very quite area near the lake. *Please note that the lake is still low due to drought, normally there is a lake view from the back patio. But even with the recent rains you can not see the lake from the patio.
Swimming pool is only for residents and guests staying at the condo.
There is also a coin operated laundromat on the property with several washers/dryers, BBQ grills and picnic tables, boat/trailer parking. The pool is just steps outside the front door, for guests and residents only.
Convenient location, less than 5 minutes to grocery store, restaurants and the lake swimming area and marina is about 5 minutes. Whitewater Amphitheater and the Horseshoe for floating is about a 10 minute drive, 25 minutes to Gruene & New Braunfels, 45 minutes to San Antonio and 1 hour to Austin. Linens and towels provided. Starter roll of paper towels and toilet paper included.

We live nearby and have another condo within walking distance to this condo. We enjoy meeting people and having vacation rentals has allowed us to meet some really nice people who have become friends. We want to make your stay comfortable and have made updates and decor as we would like it if we were staying there.
Why they chose this property
Super cute and updated, everything is new and clean! All new furniture, linens, decorations, kitchen countertops, appliances. Close to the lake, quiet and relaxing area, the property swimming pool is steps from the front door. Short drive to many hill country activities.

Comfortable and nice interior and quite location and convenient to so many beautiful areas in the hill country.
