Ski slopes and cross-country trails are in the immediate vicinity, easily accessible by car or public shuttle service. The bus stop is 7 minutes on foot. The center and the shopping facilities can be reached in 15 minutes. On the outskirts of Mariapfarr in sunny south-facing slope with stunning panoramic views. Patio and sun loungers offer the opportunity to relax in the open air. The paths lead past the house. Hiking in the area can be started directly at the house. Shops and bus stop can be reached in 10 minutes. Carport and parking space available

Apartment for 2-4 persons. Modern functional equipment. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a very nice panoramic view from the balcony. It consists of two bedrooms and a small kitchen. The bathroom is modern. Separate toilet. Renovation work was carried out in spring 2018
