Cozy sunny apartment at the foot of the stony sea. The cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house. The ski bus stop is close to the house, in just 2 minutes by car to the Hochkönig Arena, an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain and bicycle tours. The Kaseregg Chapel is a proven power place and is located nearby. The outdoor swimming pool and the tennis courts are within a 5-minute walk. Spring water from the own mountain spring. The Gasthaus Waldhaus is only a few minutes' walk away. Free Wi-Fi and non-smoking house.

The cross-country ski run starts directly at the property and the illuminated toboggan run can be reached in 5 minutes. The ski bus is only 50 meters away. In the summer ideal starting point for hiking, climbing and mountain biking, a nice forest path leads to the swimming pool.
