Dishwasher and a cozy sitting area- 2 separate bedrooms (mansard - 1 x double and 1 single bed, 1 x 2 single beds) - bathroom and toilet (separate) - sunny balcony with stunning panoramic views- satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer .- On request bread service on weekdays.- Covered, free parking spaces in front of the house!

Our house is located in a sunny and quiet location in the center of Großarl and is an ideal starting point for numerous activities!We offer our guests 3 comfortable apartments for 2 to 8 persons. Within 300 m you will find shops, restaurants, a bus stop, the sports and leisure center with adventure pool, mini golf and the 4000 m² adventure and alpine playground Rucki Zucki's Gaudi-Alm. In winter, the free ski bus takes you directly from the door to the base stations of the Grossarler Bergbahnen cable car every 10 to 15 minutes. Free, lockable ski depot at the valley station of the cable cars for our guests!MOUNT HEALTHY Member operation!Mostly covered, free car parking, free Wi-Fi, bread service on request.

Familiär und unkompliziert

Wir hatten eine gepflegte Wohnung im DG mit schöner Aussicht über den Ort und auf das Skigebiet. Trotz gegenüber liegender Tankstelle insgesamt ruhig. Es gibt überdachte Stellplätze, so blieb das Auto schnee- und eisfrei. Eine Skibus-Haltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Haus, der Bus fährt alle Viertelstunde und erreicht nach ein paar Minuten die beiden Kabinenbahnen. Er kann auch (kostenfrei) im Ortsverkehr genutzt werden, es sind aber ohnehin nur ein paar Schritte bis zur Ortsmitte. Frau Wirnsperger ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt und so haben wir die Woche in Großarl sehr genossen.
