Each holiday apartment comes with a free parking space on the fenced-in and lockable property. Feel free to use the bike racks in front of the building.



Livia 02:

This bright 3-room apartment invites you to dream and enjoy your holiday. Spanning 87 square metres, this dream apartment has been furnished with an eye for detail. Look forward to a spacious living area featuring a large sofa suite, a dining area, and an open-concept kitchenette equipped with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and dishwasher.



The two spacious bedrooms are each furnished with a romantic wrought-iron bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and offer plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. The adjoining open loggias provide popular retreats with views over the rooftops of Ahlbeck. Here you can read a good book or write holiday greetings to your loved ones back home. In addition, the bedrooms offer enough space to set up a travel cot in each one.



You can access the rooftop terrace via a small open staircase in the apartment’s hallway. Here, you can enjoy breakfast under the open sky or a glass of wine in the evening. The bathroom, featuring a toilet and walk-in shower, also adds to the holiday experience.
