This recently renovated apartment is located in Rottweil. With a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living / dining room, it is also ideal for a longer stay. Up to four people, two in the bedroom and two in the living room, can be accommodated in Apartment No. 121 nights.
Apartment No. 121 lies in the 3rd Upper floor, with a view of Rottweiler city center and the Alb beyond. Guests can reach the apartment via an elevator and a few stairs.
It is conveniently located: a bus stop is just around the corner. The highway entrance is 3.8 km away. Public parking is available on the street. Rottweiler city center can be reached on foot in about 10-12 minutes, by car in 2 minutes.
In the nearby forest you can relax with a walk, hike or jog.
A small supermarket is 50 meters away, a public playground is behind the residential complex. Numerous historic buildings in Rottweiler, such as towers, churches, medieval buildings, the pedestrian zone and of course restaurants and other shopping opportunities are located in the nearby city center.

Wohnung empfehlenswert
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, dennoch ist man schnell in der Stadt. Entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Taxi. Der Anrufbus funktioniert nur zu 50%. Alles ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Auf der Schlafcouch fehlten einige Kissen, um bequem vor dem TV zu sitzen. Schlecht finden wir, dass alle Brandschutztüren im Haus offen waren. Das ist fahrlässig. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich zu uns und hat uns auch beraten. Alles in allem war es ein super Wochenende, welches uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Ferienwohnung in Rottweil
Die Buchung ging völlig problemlos von statten. Frau Paj kam pünktlich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt zum Check-In. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mietshaus und ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehsmitteln erreichbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Brandschutztüren auf den einzelnen Etagen waren alle festgekeilt.
