Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure you leave the garage door opener and the hang tag (entrance into the HOA) in the candy dish on the kitchen island.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must apply to our HOA 30 business days prior to the beginning of the lease. This is a requirement of the Heritage Greens Community Assoc.
Guests must also fill out and sign a lease. The lease follows the details in the VRBO website and is sent to the HOA.

Naples getaway

My family and I had a great time in this home. It is stocked with everything you can imagine..You can tell the Baileys put alot of thought into the guest experience. There were minor issues and Ken was very responsive. The first time his handyman came over right away to address the issue. After that Ken was very communicative to make sure all was well!! Lovely home

Quiet neighborhood, in fact next door neighbors weren't home. Nice private pool. Modern open concept. You can play golf or watch people tee off from behind the pool cage. Which was quit entertaining. Owners were very helpful and easy to get in contact with. Our dog was comfortable and happy there, we just put a baby gate on the stairs. Also had a grill which we used regularly.

We love Florida. Sunshine, warmth, beaches! We fell in love with this house because it was in a beautiful gated community, very safe. Also, loved the golf course in the back yard.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful community. Love our neighbors. Very safe. Minutes to shopping and the beaches. Great public golf course right next door. Access to community center and pool.
