Heated pool/jacuzzi, BBQ, lounge chairs/outdoor dinning set, high speed Wi-Fi. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large contemporary kitchen well stocked for gourmet cooking. King bed, queen bed, 2 full beds, and 2 pullout couches for extra sleeping. House comfortably accomodates 4 adults + children. Luxury living in Naples!

Please make sure you leave the garage door opener and the hang tag (entrance into the HOA) in the candy dish on the kitchen island.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must apply to our HOA 30 business days prior to the beginning of the lease. This is a requirement of the Heritage Greens Community Assoc.
Guests must also fill out and sign a lease. The lease follows the details in the VRBO website and is sent to the HOA.

Why they chose this property
We love Florida. Sunshine, warmth, beaches! We fell in love with this house because it was in a beautiful gated community, very safe. Also, loved the golf course in the back yard.
