Make our home your central, rural headquarters where you can enjoy all the facets of the Montana Rocky Mountain Front: From history at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center, CM Russell Museum, and First Peoples' Buffalo Jump, or hiking in the Bob Marshall Wilderness and floating and fishing on the Missouri River. Great Falls, Cascade, Choteau, Wolf Creek, Helena and Glacier National Park all are located within our immediate vicinity ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours away.

Charming and historic

Simms is an important place to our family and Carol’s place is the perfect environment from which to experience this charming town with every comfort. Highly recommend a stop by the Simms park and a good look at Crown Butte.

Beautiful Home

Amazing property for larger gatherings. Very peaceful. The owners are attentive and live in town so they were there and available to go over some things. We loved it there!

Family Vacation

We came to Simms to spend time with extended family. This house was perfect, the kids loved it. Plenty of room to spread out and spend quiet time . The kitchen/dining area were big enough to seat everyone.

Great Midway point

We used this house as a midway point to visit family. The house was spacious for all of us. Stayed nice and cool, and the shower was really nice downstairs. No issues. Great stay!

Great Family Vacation

Carrol did a great job and made us feel at home. Great place for a Montana vacation. We had a great time at Glacier national park. it was nice to see beef cattle in the pasture near the house. Nice experience grilling steaks outside on the wood fire grill. Thanks, Carrol
