On our former farm we offer a high quality developed holiday home to relax and feel good. Loccum is located in a rural location in close proximity to the Steinhuder Sea (12 km), which is ideal as a holiday destination. -


Accommodation:
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, with a total of 6-7 beds, in addition, a cot is available. In addition to a woodburning stove, coffee table and 50-inch Smart TV, the accommodation offers various amenities and a cozy and attractive facilities to feel comfortable.
The rooms have small seating or a small workplace, if the hustle and bustle in the living area gets too big.
Total size of the accommodation: 110 m², The accommodation is spread over three levels. The entrance hall with cloakroom is located on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the spacious living area with TV, sofa, dining table for 6 people, fireplace and coffee table. From the living area a small staircase leads to the open kitchen. Here is a high quality fitted kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher and a small seating area. 2 refrigerators provide storage space for supplies. Washing machine and iron are available.
All rooms start from the central bright and friendly living area. The bathroom is equipped with corner bath and walk - in shower. The underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth in the cozy and modern bathroom.
On the farm there are several sitting areas in the summer to linger. It can be enjoyed a magnificent view over meadows; an unobstructed view at sunset included.
Sheep, chickens, horses and cows on meadows are in the immediate vicinity and look forward to a friendly visit to the fence.
For bicycles a parking space is available. We also offer the possibility to charge bicycle batteries.

For electric cars we keep self-produced electricity (not included) ready.

The property is located on the main road. The view, the equipment and location of the court compensate for the partially existing street noise.

We welcome all on our old farm; So on the farm there are regular yoga buddies using our seminar and exercise room and the little putt-kids of the nursery, who have their headquarters in our old pigsty.
We as locals can give many tips and information. Information about places to visit is always available at the accommodation.
