Take a dip in the huge saltwater pool/spa with tanning beds galore. (Spa heating included, pool heating for extra fee). Palm trees and greenery embellished with fairy lights line the front and back of the house, providing the exact ambience you'd want in a Sahara oasis.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Turn off the lights
Please put dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start a wash. Please throw used towels into the washer and start a load. Please put furniture back to where they were originally moved from.
Please take out any large trash bags to trash bin outside. We understand if you aren't able to complete everything, However, we truly appreciate your efforts!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO EXCESSIVE NOISE: Moderate amplified music allowed outside, during the day. No outside noise after 9PM-6AM and it is strictly enforced.
No street parking is allowed from 1AM-6AM. Park all cars in the driveway or garage to avoid a ticket or towing. Fines will be charged to the guests.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. 1st Violation will be a warning. 2nd will be a $500 fine. 3rd will be eviction and removal from property without refund.
