The beach view and balcony was amazing. The main issues were it was not ready at 4 like it said and when we got there, the cleaning person hurried through and it seemed like cleaning was not done. No one could tell us code to the pool gate for nearly 24 hours. The place itself was nice!

Perfect December get-a-way.... Room was as described. No major issues but could have been cleaner (stains on the bedding) Other than that, it was a really nice stay.

Amazing place!

We loved our stay at Treasure Island 2105! Everything was very clean and accommodating. The room was so cute and had everything we needed for the most perfect stay! The washer and dryer were super nice so that was a huge plus! Beach access was wonderful and just a few steps away from the sand. The condo staff was great and made sure to keep the entire place spotless. We would love to return!! Thank you for an awesome vacation spot!

Really nice place!

The room was really nice. There wasn’t enough bedding to go around for the beds, so bring your own top blankets. Also, there is a 30 registration fee once you get to the resort. The 2nd car is free, but if you have a third car parking will cost you 112. They don’t mention this anywhere on the listing and was a surprise to us when we got there.

Beautiful Condo!

We love staying at Treasure Island. First time renting this condo. Had the best equipped kitchen I have seen in a rental. Very clean. The rugs are worn but clean. The king mattress was very comfortable for me but too firm for hubby. Would stay here again for sure.

As another reviewer said, this condo was exactly as advertised. Great and newish appliances, super comfortable furniture on the balcony, and adequate furniture inside. We spent most of our time on the awesome balcony, there is no way pictures could convey how great the view is from there. Treasure Island is without a doubt the best place to stay in Panama City Beach. We barley had to get into our car because there was so much to do within walking distance.

Very roomy, nice place

Really nice big condo with everything you could possibly need! Only problem was a bad fishy smell as if the previous occupant had cooked seafood there. Needed an air freshener. Also nice washer and dryer but no clothes soap.

Very Impressive

We were pleased with everything. Beautifully decorated and clean. Fantastic view of the ocean from the 21st floor. We really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub as well as on the beautiful beach. Kitchen was very well stocked so we had no problems cooking breakfast and dinner almost every day. A couple minor issues were immediately resolved by contacting VACASA. We definitely recommend this unit and look forward to returning in the future.

Loved it

Beautiful and well kept condo. Everything we needed for a nice stay was on the property. Would definitely rent this condo again! The only issue was the sound of some type of metal banging in one of the adjacent condos. Not sure if it was duct work or the wind blowing against something. It was making noise all day and night.

We were very happy with the room overall. The beds were comfy, it is spacious and there are extras in the closets for the beach like chairs and sand toys. I never saw it disclosed that beach service is not included, so we had to pay for our chairs, which was unexpected. Also, the floors and surfaces were very dirty. There was sand and black stuff on all the floors and the couch and kitchen tables and rugs need a good wash. I

Great views

Home was simple but had enough to enjoy your stay. When we arrived at 5 Pm the unit had not been cleaned. A call to Vacasa and a housekeeper arrived in about an hour . It took about an hour and half to clean and the housekeeper did an excellent job. After a long day of travel not an ideal way to start a vacation. The furnishings in the condo are a bit worn but acceptable. Best thing the view and the location next to several walk able restaurants. We got off to a bad start but Vacasa seemed to care about our experience and made it right.

Very nice

This was the second time we have rented this condo. It is very nice. A tornado had hit the building a few days before we arrived. The damage caused the pool and hot tub to be out of order as well as the cable tv. The tv was restored within a day after arriving. Obviously this was no fault of the owner/ management. The parking was listed as $20.00 but we we arrived we were told it was now $35.00. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Nice, clean rooms.. Huge balcony with amazing ocean view

The room itself was nice for the price. Easy elevator access and a lot of carts… The best part was the huge balcony that has one of the best ocean views ever. Awesome view.
