Whether for vacation, work, temporary housing or anything else, this duplex has almost everything you need. The one thing that we like the most about this duplex is its close proximity to many essential places in Fort smith. You will have private parking on the driveway and in the garage (1 car).

Over a good place to stay. There are some issues that a little TLC and attention to detail would correct, ie. Coffee maker on top of the fridge had an old filter left in it that was moldy and the towel racks in the MBR were loose as wellnas the shower curtain rod too small for a tight fit. Overall though was a good place.

Duplex

This home is cute and as the pictures show. The backyard and using the garage was nice. The location is okay and there is a Walmart and restaurants nearby. Washcloths for the bathrooms would be nice, but other than that it was a good place to stay.
