Casa Vera holiday home

The house was built about 1700 and lovingly, faithfully restored. During the renovation, the character and many original features of the house have been retained while providing modern amenities.
The house has two bedrooms upstairs: a double room with private bathroom, and a double room with separate bathroom. All rooms are furnished in a rustic, cozy style. On the ground floor is a spacious kitchen / dining room, and a comfortable living room with original stone wall. These two rooms are connected by a stone archway, both have wood-burning stoves. The interior has comfortable 120m².
Equipment of the house: air conditioning (cooling & heating) for your comfort. Free Wi-Fi connection. Satellite TV, DVD, radio CD Hi-Fi, safe, wood-burning stoves, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished.
En-suite bedroom has a choice between 2x 110cm beds or a combined Kaiser bed of 220cm.

The bathroom has a large built-in shower.
The double bedroom has a queen bed of 180cm.
The second bathroom also has a large built-in shower.

There is a homely, beautiful garden, partly stone paved, partly lawn, where you can relax in our garden Jacuzzi. At the back of the house is an in-house parking for two cars.

In the village there is a small playground with swings, table tennis and boccia.
The house is located on the edge of the village, overlooking the lovely, wooded landscape. The passing traffic is minimal. Mrgani village is located near the ancient ruins of Dvigrad and in the area of Lim Fjord. It is located between Kanfanar (6 km) and Sv. Lovreč (9 km) and about 21 km from Rovinj and Poreč.
From spring to autumn there are many traditional festivals and international performances in different places.

At a greater distance you will find: sea / beach, diving, water skiing, tennis court, theater, cinema and boat excursions.
Beach - 25 minutes / Shopping - 10 minutes / Restaurants - 15 minutes / Hiking trails in Ucka National Park - 45 minutes / Roman Arena - 30 minutes.
As a starting point for excursions in Istria Casa Vera is a cozy home.


BIKE ISTRA - Mrgani is an ideal starting point. There are numerous marked bike paths, with little frequency. A number of cycling professional teams use Istria as a training camp.
