We are long-time Philadelphians and business owners in the Kensington neighborhood. We appreciate how vibrant and eclectic our community is invite you to explore and appreciate all that our evolving neighborhood has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Every aspect of the space has been thoughtfully designed to create a restful and beautiful environment.

This apartment is not wheelchair accessible - guests must walk up half a flight of stairs to reach the rental. The bakery on the first floor has early morning hours on the weekends which may accompany noise heard in the guest apartment. Since it's an older building, we provide a noise cancelling machine and ear plugs to help guest with any noise.
