Welcome to the "Dreamhus Wyk"
Wyk - South Beach, only about 300m to the beach
The DHH built in 2015 is located in a quiet and sunny location - it is an oasis of peace away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The light-filled living-dining area with fireplace, the high-quality equipment inspire as well as the terrace with beach chairs and the in-house sauna, and newly from 10. 06. 2017 a free Sky TV connection with Sky Cinema and Sky Bundesliga
This high-quality vacation home offers approximately 125 m² spread over 3 levels, enough space for max 6 adults and 1 toddler.
On the ground floor you will find the Duscbad / WC, the utility room with washing machine u. Dryer at leisure, the sauna and the light-flooded living-dining area with fireplace, separate dining area and open modern fitted kitchen.
From the living area you also have direct access to the south-facing terrace with garden furniture, beach chair and barbecue. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find among others:
Dishwasher, microwave, convection oven with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, toaster, hand mixer, kettle, coffee maker and allerei Pütt and Pann for cooking and baking. The dishes and cutlery is available in sufficient numbers.
The four bedrooms - 1x with double bed (180 x 200cm), 1x with two single beds, 1x bedroom and 1x with a single bed are available upstairs, as well as the bathroom / WC. In the attic there is another lounge with reclining chair, 2 beanbags additional TV, a Wii game console and table football, should the weather be not so suitable.
