LIVING ROOM: Large couch, stove, dining table with 6 chairs (from the window you can see the sea) and KÜCHENZEILE with complete equipment. BEDROOM 1 with double bed
(1.80 x 2 m) and wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
BEDROOM 2 in the loft with two single beds (child safety at the top and bottom of the staircase available)
Washer and dryer are available. Own terrace in the garden with stool and sitting area.
Bicycle rack at the house. The beach is only a few meters, to the center,
Spa center and wave pool about 15 - 20 minutes walk.
The apartment is lovingly and comfortably furnished. The apartment is laid out with laminate.

Die Außenbeleuchtung ist teilweise weiter defekt was bei Dunkelheit ein Problem ist. Zu wenige
Die Außenbeleuchtung ist teilweise weiter defekt was bei Dunkelheit ein Problem ist.
Zu wenige Deckel für die vorhandenen Töpfen. Die Ersatzstaubsaugerbeutel passen nicht zum Sauger - was den Beutelraum im Sauger stark verunreinigt.
Die Waschmaschine scheint nicht mehr zu heißen. Wäsche bei 40, 60 und 95 Grad war immer kalt. Ein Sofafuß scheint zu fehlen (Sofa vor dem Fenster, davorvorstehend rechts-unten-vorn). Der Duschschlauch am Wandanschluss sollte nachgezogen werden (er leckt dort stark) und die Toilettenspülung läuft nach der Spülung generell leicht weiter.
Die Reinigung der Wohnung war deutlich besser als in den Vorjahren und auch das Treppenhaus war sauberer, danke dafür.

Die Wohnung, die wir bereits zum zweiten Mal angemietet haben, ist sauber sowie gemütlich/funktional eingerichtet und hat eine Toplage (ruhig und strandnah). Ein Plus ist auch der zur Verfügung gestellte Strandkorb in der ersten Reihe. Bei heißem Wetter wird es in der Wohnung allerdings wegen teilweise fehlender Jalousien zu warm.
Die Agentur ist stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Angenehm für Kunden wäre eine kurze Bestätigung eingegangener Zahlungen.
