The apartment is comfortable and modern equipped and consists of:

Combined living room / bedroom with a high quality Murphy bed (double bed with spring mattresses). The sofa beds were replaced in late 2018 by a folding and comfortable Murphy bed.

Kitchenette with dining table set.

Entrance hall, bathroom with shower.

Large south / west facing balcony in front of the living room.

The apartment has its own parking space.

Storage for bicycles are at the house.
Washer and dryer (for a fee) and clothes horse in the communal cellar.

Wi-Fi is available for free.

The Villa Friedericia is unique on the island Föhr; It is located in a 1200 sqm property with mature trees.

On the balcony you can relax in the sun, or welcome from here the day at breakfast with a view of the countryside and the stork nests.
Located in the quiet downtown area of Wyk, it is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and the promenade. In the immediate vicinity are the park at the mill, the seawater wave pool AQUAFÖHR and all shops, cafes and restaurants. The ferry port can also be reached on foot in a few minutes.
