About this property

Vacation apartment/apartment for 5 guests with 54m² in Nieblum (109673)

Our house shell is a picturesque Frisian house with thatched roof right in the historic village of Nieblum on the island of Foehr, in a central location very quiet. First mentioned in the village chronicle in 1795, it has been run by the Fink family since 1958 as a guest house. In this house we offer you three cosily furnished non-smoking apartments. Original old, beautifully painted frieze doors and beautiful Föhr watercolors on the walls underline the personal touch.

Our garden apartment consists of:

    * two bedrooms, one with double bed (160 wide), one with single bed and pull-out 2nd bed
    * a living / dining room, with integrated kitchenette
    * a spacious shower room with toilet

This apartment is equipped with telephone (free to German landline) and free DSL connection.

In the living / dining room the direct access to the west-facing terrace, with the adjoining large garden, is appreciated by the guests.

Cot and high chair can be provided on request for a fee.

Die Unterkunft und Lage ist sehr gut. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten, Cafes und supper Eisdiele sowie nahe Bushaltestelle. Aber für ältere Menschen mit Gehbehinderung (Rollator) ist Nieblum nicht optimal. Durch das Kopfsteinpflaster sehr beschwerlich.

Gemütlicher Föhrurlaub

Sauberes gemütliches Haus, Heizung hat gut funktioniert, Ausstattung ist schlicht aber gemütlich, Besteck ist etwas knapp berechnet und das W-Lan hat eine sehr kurze Reichweite. Wir haben dort eine sehr erholsame Woche verbracht.

Einfach und schön

Die Lage ist hervorragend im schönen Nieblum. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Garten mit Kaninchen. Die Möbel sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber von sehr guter Qualität. Theoretisch sechs Schlafplätze, dafür ist aber die schlichte Küche nicht ausgestattet. Einzig störend war, dass man den Duschabfluss alle paar Stunden neu fluten musste, da sonst Geruch aus dem Abflussrohr ins Bad kam.

Ausstattung völlig im Rahmen des Preis/Leistungsverhältnisses. Einziges Manko: Alle paar Stunden muss man Wasser in der Dusche laufen lassen (nicht viel), damit der Abfluss keinen Geruch mehr absondert.

Top Wohnung. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!!!! Die Matraze im Kinderzimmer müßte einmal ausgetauscht werden, da diese durchgelegen ist und man jeden morgen mit Rückenbeschwerden aufgewacht ist. Außerdem sind einige Möbelstücke in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!!
